WHAT ARE THE FESTIVAL'S COVID-19 PREVENTION MEASURES AND PROTOCOLS?

The safety of our patrons, artists, and staff is our number one priority. As such, proof of a full COVID-19 vaccination or negative PCR or Rapid COVID-19 test result administered by a physician, along with your ID, will be required to attend the 2021 Mempho Music Festival. Bring a printed or photo COPY of your vaccine card, vaccine record, or printed negative COVID-19 test result (showing testing place, date, and time).

For patrons who are not fully vaccinated, a negative COVID-19 test result must be obtained within 48 hours of attending Mempho Fest.

If you plan to get vaccinated prior to attending Mempho Fest, the last day to receive the second shot of Pfizer or Moderna, or the single shot of Johnson and Johnson is Friday, September 17th.

If you choose not to comply with these safety protocols, you can request a refund through Ticketmaster. The ticket refund window will be open September 17th-24th.

We will be working closely with local and state health officials to ensure that our festival will be a safe and incredible experience for all in attendance. Any additional health and safety protocols will be announced on our social media channels and available on our website.

The risk of exposure to COVID-19 is possible at any public space where people are gathered. While attending Mempho Music Festival, you must follow all posted health and safety instructions. And, by attending Mempho Fest, you voluntarily assume all risks related to the potential exposure to COVID-19.
