2024 Mempho Music Festival
ALL ABOUT RFID
Your wristband is your ticket into the festival. All wristbands include a RFID chip that you will scan to enter the event. You can link your wristband with your credit card to quickly and easily purchase food, drinks and merch with the tap of your wrist. You can also purchase items with your credit card. Cash will not be accepted as Mempho Fest is an all cashless event.

If you purchased a 3-Day VIP pass you will automatically receive $100 in Mempho Bucks pre-loaded on your RFID wristband. If you purchased a single day VIP ticket, you will receive $25 in Mempho Credit for each day you attend. All VIP wristband holders must activate their wristband in order to access the pre-loaded Mempho Bucks.
ARE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE FOR TICKETS?
Yes! For just 25% down, you can split your GA or VIP ticket price into four easy payments. Click “View Layaway” at checkout to see payment options.
DO KIDS NEED A TICKET TO ENTER?
Yes. Per venue policy, all children must have a ticket to enter the festival regardless of age.
WHAT ARE THE RESTROOMS LIKE IN VIP?
VIP restrooms are indoor, air-conditioned, flushable restrooms.
DO I NEED TO BUY A VIP PARKING PASS?
No. One (1) parking pass is included per VIP order.
WHERE IS VIP PARKING LOCATED?
The VIP parking lot is located off Cherry Rd, just outside the main VIP entrance at Gate C.

CAN I LEAVE MY CAR IN OVERNIGHT VIP PARKING?
No. All vehicles left in the parking lots overnight will be subject to tow.
ARE THERE CHARGING STATIONS IN VIP?
Yes, there will be plenty of charging stations to charge your phone.
IS THERE CAMPING ON SITE?
No, camping is not available at Mempho Fest.
IS THERE A PLACE TO FILL UP MY WATER BOTTLE?
Yes. Hydration stations are available inside the festival. You may bring one empty, refillable water bottle with you into the festival. Water is also available for purchase.
I HAVE A FOOD SENSITIVITY. WILL MEMPHO HAVE VEGAN OR GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS?
Yes! We will have multiple food vendors that will serve vegan and gluten free options. Check back later for a complete list of food vendors.

WHAT TYPES OF BEVERAGES WILL BE SERVED AT THE FESTIVAL?
There will be local craft and domestic beer as well as a variety of cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages including water and soda. Please check back later for a more detailed list of our beverage offerings.
CAN I BRING MY SERVICE ANIMAL?
Pets are not allowed within the Festival grounds. However, service dogs which have been trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability, are welcome. If accompanied by a service animal, you must provide proof of medical reasoning to Guest Services upon entry.
ARE THERE HANDICAP VIEWING AREAS?
Yes, the viewing area will be at the Adams Keegan Stage and Zyn Stage
WILL THERE BE AN ADA ENTRANCE AT THE FESTIVAL?
Yes, all entrances are ADA accessible.
WHERE CAN I FIND ACCESSIBLE RESTROOMS?
Accessible restrooms will be located around the festival grounds near the entrance and stages.
IS THERE RV PARKING ON SITE?
No. RV parking and overnight vehicle parking is not allowed at Mempho Fest. The closest RV parking is at the Agricenter, www.agricenter.org/rvpark.
DO YOU ALLOW RE-ENTRY INTO THE FESTIVAL?
No, there will be no re-entry into the festival.
WHERE DO I PARK?
Mempho Fest offers various parking options. There will be a designated parking area for VIP ticket purchasers and suite holders, and a free GA parking area.
VIP parking is included in the purchase of a VIP pass. The VIP lot is located off Cherry Rd., just outside the main VIP entrance at Gate C.
GA ticket buyers have the option to park for free in the GA lots off Perkins Extd. or can purchase Premium Parking which is located near the VIP lot, across from the main GA entrance at Gate A.
Check our map for Premium Parking and VIP parking locations. GA parking is in a lot on Perkins Extended south of Southern Avenue.
WHERE IS THE FESTIVAL LOCATED?
The festival is located at Radians Amphitheater at Memphis Botanic Garden in Memphis, Tennessee.
The Memphis Botanic Garden address is 750 Cherry Rd. Please reference the parking map prior to arrival to determine the best entrance based on your ticket type.
ALL ABOUT MEMPHO BUCKS
What are Mempho Bucks?
Mempho Bucks are for VIP ticket purchasers only. Mempho Bucks are pre-loaded onto your RFID wristband and can be used to purchase food, drinks and Mempho merch. It cannot be used on any type of artist merch or at the Vinyl Experience.
IMPORTANT: Wristbands must be activated to access Mempho Bucks.
How do I get Mempho Bucks?

Where can I use Mempho Bucks?
Mempho Bucks can be used at all bar locations, food vendor locations, and the Mempho merch tent. Mempho Bucks cannot be used for any artist merch or at the Vinyl Experience.
What happens when I run out of my Mempho Bucks?
Once you have used all your Mempho Bucks, the bars, Mempho merch area, and food vendors will accept most major credit cards. Mempho Fest is a cashless event and no cash will be accepted.
Once available, a link will be provided to register and activate your wristband.
WHAT IS THE SMOKING POLICY?
Mempho Fest encourages a smoke free environment and asks that you respect the health of your fellow festival goers and smoke in designated smoking areas inside the festival.

DOES THE FESTIVAL HAVE ANY MERCHANDISE? CLOTHING FOR SALE?
Yes! Official Mempho Fest and artist merchandise will be sold at the merch tent at the Festival. To shop past festival merchandise, please visit this link for our online store.

NO folding or camping chairs of any kind
NO glass admitted
NO aerosol cans or flammable products
NO outside alcohol
NO outside food or drinks
NO sporting equipment
NO umbrellas
NO knives/weapons/guns/mace/pepper spray
NO chains/chain wallets/spiked jewelry
NO tents
NO laser pointers
NO SLRs, professional cameras, video cameras, GoPro’s
NO audio recording
NO tripods or Selfie Sticks
NO pets (with the exception of service animals)
NO drugs & drug paraphernalia
NO large backpacks or purses larger than 14″ x 11″ x 5″
NO musical equipment/instruments/airhorns/megaphones or other forms of amplification
NO fireworks/paper lanterns
NO bicycles, skateboards, scooters, etc.
NO drones, remote control aircraft, cars or toys
NO coolers
NO unauthorized vending, sampling, promotional items, flyers, polling or soliciting
NO signs, flags or totems
NO bad attitudes
WHAT AGES ARE ALLOWED TO ATTEND MEMPHO?
All ages are allowed to attend Mempho Fest. However, due to venue safety and capacity restrictions, we do not offer any age-based discounts. All attendees are required to have a ticket regardless of age.
WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE FESTIVAL?
- Blankets no larger than 8 x 10
- Small purses, totes, and drawstrings or clear bags no larger than 14″ x 11″ x 5″ (no more than 3 pockets)
- Empty hydration packs or one empty refillable bottle
- Small digital or disposable cameras
- Sun block (non-aerosol)
- Hula Hoops
- Food for medical purposes only
- Empty poster tubes

WILL THERE BE SEATING IN VIP?
Yes. There will be high top tables and couches and comfortable furniture to relax during the festival.
WILL THERE BE AN ASL INTERPRETER FOR ARTISTS ON STAGE?
Yes. Some artists will be accompanied by an ASL interpreter during their sets.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY WRIST BAND?
Wristbands have started to be shipped! You will receive tracking information via email once your wristband is in transit. Do not put on your wristband until you are on your way to the festival. Once it is tightened, it cannot be loosened.
